These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Get X Media website (the “Site”) and the free website audit offered through it (the “Audit”). By using the Site or requesting an Audit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The free audit

When you request an Audit, you authorize us to crawl the public pages of the website address you submit and to generate an automated, AI-assisted report, which we will email to you. You confirm that you are authorized to request an audit for that website.

The Audit is provided free of charge and “as is,” for informational purposes only. It is an automated assessment and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantee about specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or other outcomes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit a website address you are not authorized to have audited;
  • use the Site or Audit to harass, defraud, or harm others;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, the Audit service, or related systems;
  • submit false, misleading, or others’ personal information; or
  • use automated means to abuse the Audit form (e.g., bulk or scripted requests).

We may decline, rate-limit, or stop providing an Audit at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, logos, and graphics) are owned by Get X Media or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. The Audit report we provide is for your own use; please do not resell or misrepresent it as your own product.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Audit are provided without warranties of any kind. Get X Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Audit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
